Raku Wave Vessel

Description

A striking statement piece, this handcrafted vessel captures the raw beauty of fire and earth. Thrown in stoneware and finished using a traditional raku firing process, each piece develops its own unique surface; rich, unpredictable tones of deep blue, copper and charcoal that can never be exactly repeated.

The gently curved, sculptural form gives the piece a sense of movement, almost like a rolling wave, while the warm, orange glazed interior offers a natural contrast to the iridescent exterior.
